A New Study Shows Artificial Sweeteners Causing Higher Risk of Stroke, Dementia

More than 18 years ago this knowledge was available, yet kept hidden. There is something called a “Blood Brain Barrior” that keeps blood out of out brains. The brain runs on glucose, not blood, and thus glucose is readily admitted. Artificial sugars are absorbed into brain cells as if they are real, and yet can not function as real sugar, so that is the problem. When the brain has enough glucose, people do not feel hungry. When we drink our fill of diet sodas, or add artificial sweetener to our beverages, our brain still craves some sweet, and this is why people who drink artificial sweeteners gain 25 pounds on average.

Further, the study show that the brains of people who drink artificial sugars shrink, causing the strokes and dementia.Real sugars are best, examples are fruits, dried fruits, maple sugar, maple syrup (not artificial), honey, rice syrup, molasses, raw sugar. Keep all of these organic.
